We unfortunately ended up being the buyers who had to work with Tiffeny and the seller she was representing. We are still finding issues that were agreed upon and did not properly get repaired prior to our closing. It's sad there are no real protections from sellers and realtors like her. I refrained from writing a review because I was prepared to just put the situation behind us but felt compelled to say something in light of the fact that there are too many stories of dishonest sellers and realtors more concerned with money than they are about being honest and forthcoming. Dishonest, poor communicator and rude but that seemed to be the sellers as well so, I guess you are the company you keep.

The New Jersey real estate market is INSANE and very difficult to navigate. But Tiffeny steered us through multiple bidding wars, tamed our nerves and misgivings, and ultimately landed us our dream home! We were certain that we couldn't compete in our preferred county, but with her expertise and encouragement we felt grounded in realistic options and were able to bring our ideal scenario to fruition. The process was as seamless as it could be, we closed in less than 4 weeks, and every professional Tiffeny connected us with along the way was top tier (her network is truly phenomenal). Tiffeny also put up with US. We were sooooo annoying! There were times when we let the volatility of the market intimidate us, and wanted to quit. There were times when we didn't agree on what kind of house we even wanted! And we did this back and forth for almost a year! Tiffeny handled all of our nonsense with aplomb and we love her for it. We're so grateful to have worked with Forrest Group Realty!
